Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our team and drive the success of our skincare line. In this role, you will take the lead on digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media campaigns, optimizing website performance, fostering influencer partnerships, and developing eCommerce strategies.

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing plans designed to strengthen brand awareness, engage our target audience, and boost sales. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the skincare industry, a passion for makeup, and a strong grasp of emerging trends.

Experience in production support for skincare or makeup products, including collaborating with manufacturers for sample testing, is essential. A proven ability to transform product concepts from ideation to market launch is also a must.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a solid background in production support within the skincare or makeup industries, including hands-on experience collaborating with manufacturers for sample testing. Expertise in developing and launching new product concepts from ideation to market is a key requirement.

We’re looking for people who have worked behind the scenes in the skincare or makeup industry, helping to create and test products before they’re sold. This includes working closely with manufacturers to make sure the products are made just right. It’s also important that you have experience coming up with new product ideas and seeing them through all the steps until they’re ready to hit store shelves.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive product development strategies that align with market trends.

Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.

Develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profit margins.

Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance financial outcomes.

Create and maintain detailed project timelines for product launches.

Ensure adherence to deadlines through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Establish and maintain strong communication with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China.

Craft compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.

Work with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
