Schedule : 45-hour workweek (Overtime Eligible)
Salary Range : $115,000 - $125,000 annually

About the Role
We are seeking a well-connected, results-driven Group Sales Manager with in-market experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Sales team . This role is pivotal in driving group sales, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities . Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Client Engagement
- Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel through compelling sales presentations and written proposals.
- Conduct on-site property tours for potential clients to showcase our offerings.
- Manage and develop relationships with past, current, and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business.

This position is overtime eligible , meaning that for each week :
For example, if you are offered $115,000 annually , your earnings would break down as follows :
40 hours × $44.44 = $1,777.60
This structure ensures that with a consistent 45-hour workweek, your total annual earnings will align with the offered salary.
