As a Maintenance Technician/ Finished Carpenter for The Crew Facility Maintenance, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in finished carpentry work and/or commercial painting experience, but can also perform other basic commercial building needs and tasks as they arise or are appointed within our Building Services Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level.. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze/Troubleshoot/Complete Work Orders
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet needs of clients
- Be able to perform finished carpentry tasks such as: Installation of doors, drywall repairs, trim and molding installation/repairs, construct building frameworks, etc.
- Be able to inspect existing framework and offer/relay detailed analysis to proper management in order to perform repair specifications
- Operate and become efficient with the electronic work order system
- Be able to direct other unspecified labor help for task(s) at hand
- Attach and track receipts to proper electronic work order system
- Complete service reports for work orders as needed by client and management
- Track and record weekly electronic time-card
- Turn in material costs and other company incurred expenses on a regular basis
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors
TRAVEL: Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. TCFM will provide you with a vehicle and gas card.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required).
- Trade School or equivalent training (Preferred but not required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
- Finish Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
- Employee MUST have a valid Driver's License (Required)
- Minimum of (2) years of on-job experience (Required)
- Commercial or Industrial background experience (Preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions - cold, heat, wet, humid. (Required).
- Must be insurable (Required).
- Safety and detail oriented (Required)
- Must be willing to travel within the Twin Cities (Required).

Salary : $49,920 - $62,400
