The Crew Facility Maintenance Inc (TCFM) is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing commercial construction team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on a variety of commercial job sites. We're seeking someone with hands-on experience, a commitment to safety and craftsmanship, and a proactive attitude when it comes to solving problems in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, air handlers, compressors, and more
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to complete system layouts and installations
• Collaborate with other trades on commercial construction job sites to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Maintain a safe and clean job site and comply with all company and OSHA safety standards
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent TCFM professionally on all job sites
• Participate in training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices and safety protocols

Qualifications

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, heights, confined spaces, etc.)
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• No specific license required, but relevant certifications are a plus
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts with overtime potential

Based in Plymouth, MN, with travel to commercial project sites throughout the region
