The Crew Facility Maintenance Inc (TCFM) is looking for a highly skilled Sheetmetal / HVAC Foreman to lead HVAC construction efforts on a range of commercial projects. In this leadership role, you'll oversee field teams, manage workflows, ensure quality craftsmanship, and play a key role in delivering projects on time and to spec. We're seeking an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead and train crews, and is passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC sheet metal installation for commercial construction projects
• Lead, train, and support construction staff on assigned projects
• Ensure all workmanship meets high standards and is aligned with current technologies and safety practices
• Estimate project timelines and hours in collaboration with operations and sales teams
• Provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the go-to resource for HVAC system execution
• Communicate clearly with project managers regarding daily operations, schedule updates, and team needs
• Maintain accurate documentation using our electronic work order system
• Manage job site setup, material take-offs, and project-specific planning tasks
• Travel to various job sites as required

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading HVAC construction projects, particularly in the commercial sector
• Proficient in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and crew coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Comfortable with digital reporting systems (e.g., time tracking, service reports)
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• No formal license is required, but industry certifications are a plus

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts with overtime availability
