Stationed in Bay City but will Float for El Campo location
Job Title: Resale Associate
Department: Resale
Reports To: Resale Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt; hourly
Hourly Rate: $14.00 an hour (non-bilingual $12.50)
Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Time: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM & 9:00 AM- 3:00pm on Sat. (subject to change)
100% Employer paid medical, vision and dental insurance. 403(b) retirement plan.
Positions off on Monday, Sunday.
Position Summary: Provide support to the resale store and management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort donations
- Price and display products
- Assist with inventory
- Maintenance including but not limited to: taking out garbage, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing
- Processing Payments
Other Duties:
Performs other job-related duties as assigned. In accordance with the team philosophy of the agency, may routinely be required to carry out or assist with other tasks in addition to the duties listed above. Act in accordance with the agency's mission statement and goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None required.

Education and Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Retail experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:
