The Crisp Cannoli Bakery & Cafe in East Greenbush, NY is looking for a service leader with proven experience to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 1 Springhurst Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- Lead our Customer Service team and help grow customer satisfaction
- Answer any questions the staff may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Develop current and new staff to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Create and train standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 5 years experience with verifiable references/contacts
- Friendly attitude and ability to train, guide and implement process improvement
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers or employees may have
- Outstanding communication skills with customers
- Deliver World Class Service every day to employees and customers
