About The Job -
Serves as Croghan Brand Ambassador in the community. Embraces and supports the Croghan culture by enhancing the customer experience within the respected markets. Achieves and exceeds the measurable goals set forth.
Essential Job Duties –
- Serves as Croghan Brand Ambassador and networks to support Community Connections and schools:
- Represents Croghan’s ongoing commitment to the community and schools
- Establishes innovative ways to promote CCB and allocates necessary resources
- Creates and sustains an engaged staff that embraces CCB’s motto “Helping Good People Make Good Decisions.” Utilizes and coaches the following:
- Actively discovers customer needs and proactively recommends appropriate products and services
- Maintains and manages daily and weekly dashboard utilization, contact entries and client follow up
- Focuses on one customer at a time to build relationships and transition service requests into fulfilling financial needs
- Manages the selection, placement, performance, development, promotion and termination of staff
- Responsible for growth and retention that aligns with Croghan’s priorities and initiatives:
- Monitors growth and retention of deposits and loans
- Identifies ways to create profitable customer relationships
- Plans and implements regular outreach initiatives
- Demonstrates open lines of communication with CCB partners
- Meets and exceeds sales goals set forth for the market
- Provides direction and oversite of the overall efficiencies of the branch:
- Smoothly handles customer resolutions
- Responsible for collaborating with small or large groups, both in person and virtually
- Empowers and supports the Office Manager to lead the daily operations
- Complies with and maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Requirements -
- Over 5 years of prior management experience in the financial industry
- Associates degree
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in resolving customer and employee issues
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Position requires time management and ability to multi-task
- Stay current with bank technology
- This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). The NMLS website (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
