Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Making sure guests have had a great experience when they are dining or leaving the restaurant
- Multitasking
- Assist with taking orders on the phone or tablets
- Assist with food packaging for guests when they arrive for pick-up
- Support serving staff to prepare tables when guests arrive or departure
- Communication with management about guest's experience
