Groundskeeper / Woody Plant Technician Needed.
Private property in Dover, MA looking for a hands-on groundskeeper with a strong background in woody plant care. This position has the primary responsibility of maintaining the property’s grounds, including shrubs, trees, gardens and fields. Experience in Northeast gardening / landscaping and understanding of species and climate zones required.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Annual pruning and plant care for a diverse list of shrubbery and trees. Grass (lawn and pasture) maintenance as well.
- Forestry / tree work (clearing and selective pruning)
- Trail Maintenance
- Walk the property daily and identify potential areas of concern.
- Maintain visual aesthetic to ensure areas are clean, safe, and up to standard.
- Liaise with vendors and internal team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Review and complete daily work requests as assigned by the Estate Manager.
