What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Business Administrator position at The Crosby Group?
The Senior Business Administrator will be responsible for providing support to key members of the Senior Leadership Team. The candidate will provide cross-department support for Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Strategy, Trust and Process Services within the Crosby Company of New Hampshire. Assignments are confidential and complex in nature and require extreme sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Must be able to display professional manner at the highest level.
The Crosby Company is a family office responsible for wealth management and preservation for multiple branches and generations of a single family. The Crosby Company provides middle and back-office services to various individual businesses including Curatorial, Foundations, Investments, Trust, Tax and Private Real Estate.
POSITION DUTIES : Calendar Management
- Manage calendars for key members of the Senior Leadership Team
- Schedule large meetings across multiple departments including external contacts
