The Senior Business Administrator will be responsible for providing support to key members of the Senior Leadership Team. The candidate will provide cross-department support for Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Strategy, Trust and Process Services within the Crosby Company of New Hampshire. Assignments are confidential and complex in nature and require extreme sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Must be able to display professional manner at the highest level.

The Crosby Company is a family office responsible for wealth management and preservation for multiple branches and generations of a single family. The Crosby Company provides middle and back-office services to various individual businesses including Curatorial, Foundations, Investments, Trust, Tax and Private Real Estate.

POSITION DUTIES : Calendar Management

  • Manage calendars for key members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Schedule large meetings across multiple departments including external contacts

Meeting Planning

  • Manage assigned company / department projects and events
  • Collaborate with other administrators to schedule annual calendar of quarterly board and committee meetings; coordinate meetings with third parties
  • Assist with organizing board and committee meetings, not limited to : prepare materials; set agendas; manage communications / due dates / receipt of content; assemble materials; distribute meeting packages and prepare meeting minutes
  • Communications

  • Communicate with other executives, administrative and line management to gather and convey information
  • Manage the timely communication of information from a wide range of internal and external contacts
  • Other

  • Support complex travel arrangements as needed
  • Coordinate annual update of company policies, assist with records management, administer records retention for regulated entity and assist with regulatory filings as needed
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • B.S or BA degree preferred, but not required
  • 7 years progressive experience
  • Previous executive assistant experience working within a professional corporate environment
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage changes in priorities
  • Ability to manage complex calendaring and large meetings for multiple team members
