Job Title: Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing financial aspects of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
