What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at The Crossing at Big Creek?
This candidate must be dependable, manageable and flexible; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; regular and on time attendance and self-motivated; ability to form productive relationships with staff. Candidate must be Friendly, honest, trustworthy and diligent.
Responsibilities:
- Building rapport with existing and potential guests
- Handle multiple projects
- Take direction well and be able to execute in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Full Time available after probationary period
Base Pay begins $15.50/hr
Weekend Pay additional $6/hr
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
