Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Service Producer ...this full-time position is responsible for overseeing the programming and production ministry processes for services and special events at The Crossing. This position is responsible for leading all processes related to production, primarily in the areas of creative programming, and execution of services and events.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide oversight and leadership for all weekly meetings pertaining to the planning and execution of weekend services, including Flow Team, Launch Team, Chesterfield Production Team, and all related Brainstorming Teams
  • Provide guidance and oversight of Site Production Team meetings, and any other production-related teams.
  • Responsible for the staffing of the weekend Chesterfield Producer, which includes serving as the Producer on a regular basis.
  • Provide oversight for production of events, classes, and other non-weekend production needs.
  • Collaborate regularly with Creative Teams and Communications Teams on needs for the weekend services, as well as special projects.
  • Work closely with broadcast team as part of the production process for weekend services.
  • Communicate closely with Lead Pastor, Pastor / Teaching, and the Pastoral Team in regards to all weekend plans.
  • Participate regularly on the music team, assisting with charts, tracks, and other duties as needed.
  • Work closely with Director of Production in identifying budget needs, staffing needs, and long term strategic planning.
  • Act as Executive Producer for all Crossing Collective Albums and future recording projects.

  • Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
  • Passionate about their relationship with God
  • Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
  • Regard the Bible as God's final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
  • Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing's Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism
