About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Woodbridge & Edison, NJ. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in achieving maximum occupancy by interacting with prospective residents, touring apartments, and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle traffic to drive apartment rentals
- Tour apartments and showcase community amenities
- Screen and qualify applicants, preparing lease documentation and move-in paperwork
- Process renewal documents and follow up on resident requests
- Collaborate with maintenance and renovation teams to provide feedback on property conditions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2 years of leasing experience or 2 years of direct sales or customer service experience
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to work weekends
