Hours: 3 days a week (5:30 am -2 pm) and 1 Satuday a month (6:30 am to 11:00 am)

Position Summary:

As a Substance Abuse LPN, you'll be at the forefront of care delivery, conducting daily assessments, administering medication doses, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients in need of support. Collaboration with our treatment team is paramount to ensure comprehensive care and successful outcomes. Upholding strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards is fundamental to this role.

What you will need:

• Diploma, Associates Degree preferred.
• Active LPN license in the State of Ohio.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Perform duties that require regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms.
• Lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Utilize specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus to perform job tasks effectively.
