What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant/House Manager position at The Crossroads Group, LLC?
My wife and I are busy and need help with our lives. We travel a lot and spend a lot of time with our kids and grandkids and we need someone who can handle the everyday tasks that we have a hard time getting to at times. These are very simple everyday tasks. We need someone extremely reliable and that is why our pay is above the really recommended pay. The high end of the hourly is the year end guaranteed bonus as long as you hit certain work metrics and continue working for us.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
1.) Grocery shopping
2.) dry clean pick up
3.) Finding contractors to come out and quote work to be done in and around the house
4.) Make travel arrangements
5.) Extra pay for overnight stays with our dogs at our house (This pay will be a daily bonus for doing this)
6.) Picking up and returning packages
7.) Some bill pay if needed
8.) Laundry and light cleaning (we have a cleaning crew but every so often, something needs to be done extra)
9.) Anything else to make our lives easier
Background check will be required.
No experience necessary.
We NEED someone who is detail oriented and gets immense satisfaction from completing tasks. We do not like "I can't do that." We are looking for someone who is excited to get tasks done no matter the challenge and not to outsource. We want someone who gets things done themselves.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
