Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creative direction of all interior projects, driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of design quality
- Develop tailored interior solutions that respond thoughtfully to the unique context and character of each project
- Cultivate and mentor a collaborative interiors team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and professional growth
- Strengthen and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless alignment between design vision and project objectives
- Define and implement financial strategies to support the interiors practice’s growth and long-term success
- Oversee all aspects of FF&E, including concept development, budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in interior design, with a minimum of 5 years leading an interiors team or studio
- A strong portfolio showcasing built projects that exemplify innovation and design excellence
- Deep knowledge of materials, detailing, and craftsmanship, with a passion for pushing design boundaries
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for conveying design intent
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
