Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of healthcare projects from design through construction administration
- Lead coordination across architecture, interior design, engineering, and client teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and guidelines while maintaining the design vision
- Track project milestones, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and consultants, building long-term relationships
- Support and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative studio culture
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
- Demonstrated success managing complex project timelines, teams, and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of healthcare planning principles, building codes, and FGI guidelines
- Strong Revit skills and familiarity with project management tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional degree in Architecture required; licensure preferred but not essential
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area; hybrid flexibility offered
