- Conduct research and analysis to navigate complex situations and develop actionable insights
- Translate ideas into clear and effective wayfinding solutions
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate and implement strategies
- Balance competing demands to support project and client deadlines
- Contribute to the growth of the US business by working with company leadership to secure new clients and projects
- Participate in domestic and international travel for on-site work, project meetings, and presentations
