We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Host/Hostess to join our upscale casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will be welcoming to our guest, have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times, understands technology to do basic computer tasks, and must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for making reservations for guests, answering phone calls, returning messages, setting up tables for guests, greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Manage the wait list and seating chart.
- Provide guests with menus and answer questions about menu items.
- Assist with setting up tables for large parties.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
