Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting with the management of social media accounts, creating content, scheduling posts, and providing administrative support to the social media and marketing departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
o Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Schedule posts and updates to maintain a consistent online presence.
o Monitor social media trends and assist in creating engaging content.
o Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community under supervision.
o Help track social media performance using analytics tools.
• Content Creation and Coordination:
o Assist in the development and editing of social media posts, blogs, and other promotional content.
o Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with brand standards.
o Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting and campaign execution.
• Administrative Support:
o Organize and maintain social media and marketing files, assets, and documentation.
o Assist in preparing reports on social media performance and other marketing metrics.
o Coordinate schedules for meetings and brainstorm sessions for social media campaigns.
o Help manage internal communications and team coordination for marketing initiatives.
• Research & Analysis:
o Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to suggest improvements to social media strategies.
o Assist in gathering data for market analysis and preparing reports for management.
• Event and Campaign Support:
o Provide administrative support for online events and promotional campaigns.
o Coordinate the logistics of giveaways, contests, and promotional partnerships.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in social media management or administration, preferably in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be bilingual is Spanish
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with an ability to contribute to content ideas and campaigns.
Salary : $13 - $15
