Client CSRs provide customer support via phone and email, addressing participant concerns, assisting with registration, navigation, and application inquiries, and ensuring one-call issue resolution. They document interactions, handle escalations, and collaborate with Account Management as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and escalations
- Assist participants with login, navigation, and program-related inquiries
- Guide members through Health Survey completion
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong customer service, issue resolution, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Detail-oriented with active listening skills
- Flexible schedule & ability to work overtime when needed
- Background check & drug screen required
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years in a technical call center or related role
