Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer and verify client/insured data between proprietary systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy information.
- Meet quality (80% in 90 days, 95% in 150 days) and production goals.
- Review and correct errors within 24 hours.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and agents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of office/business experience (insurance knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
High school diploma or GED required.
