What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at The Crox Group?
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the optimization of campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and brand.com sites
- Build campaigns in a timely manner for a seamless launch
- Provide internal stakeholders campaign analysis to surface actionable insights and learnings that can be utilized in the sales process
- Analyze audience data, historical ad performance, and industry trends to make informed client-facing recommendations and internal decisions
- Deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign recaps outlining success and opportunities to scale performance or future growth
- Troubleshoot and problem solve campaign and account issues in a stress-free manner
- Coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and roadmaps.
- Partnering with product managers to streamline digital marketing campaign planning, execution, and QA processes.
- Building dashboards and running performance analysis for product launches.
- Improving marketing workflows using Jira, Notion, and automation tools.
- Supporting feature launches with end-to-end ops support including tracking setup and tagging.
- Acting as liaison between product and digital marketing/paid social teams to ensure aligned execution.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology and platforms.
