Title: Project Assistant

Location: Hybrid – On-site Wednesdays, West Hollywood, CA

Summary:

The Company is seeking a Coordinator to join the Content Partnerships team. This entry-level role will support deal management and business operations to ensure content rights, terms, and windowing compliance, optimizing Pluto TV's growing content library.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and audit content rights, ensuring compliance and availability.
• Support the end-to-end content lifecycle, including submissions, scheduling, and contract compliance.
• Manage day-to-day channel operations tasks such as onboards, rebrands, takedowns, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, marketing, content operations, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Airtable experience is a plus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Interview Process: 2 rounds.
