Position: Onsite Test Lead/Manager
Location: Farmington, CT ( Day 1 onsite , hybrid )

1. Over 14 years of testing experience, and the Salesforce domain, with expertise in independently managing and validating QA processes, especially in the Salesforce Field Service area.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in transitioning from incumbent vendors and leading transformation activities.
3. Proficient in automation using tools such as Selenium, Leapwork, and Copado Test Automation.
4. Managing Onsite-Offshore model
5. Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)
6. Understanding of different types of testing (e.g., manual, automated, performance)
7. Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
-8. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, TestNG)
9. Performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)
10. Technical depth including SDLC, integration, and system testing
