Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Training & Development Representative. You will design, develop and implement system-wide e-learning solutions in support of Company learning and development strategies and maintain regulatory compliance with the creation and provision of system-wide mandated in-service modules.
Job Description
E-learning
- Provide e-learning focused instructional design in the conception, design, development, implementation and
- quality assurance of system-wide online learning solutions.
- Develop and implement interactive design solutions using course authoring tools including Articulate
- Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Create and implement graphic and video components.
- Participate in the development of appropriate instructional support tools to continuously update internal resources on emerging technologies that are relevant to the Company learning initiatives and offerings.
Additional Responsibilities
- Design monthly training calendars.
- Design training related material, such as flyers, job aids, manuals, cover pages and training catalogs.
- Produce and edit videos.
- Maintain Company Learning Academy SharePoint site.
Skills Required
- 2 years relevant experience with working Knowledge of Captivate, Camtasia, and/or Articulate Storyline.
- E-learning design and development
- Monthly training calendar, flyer and job aid creation
- Video production
- Learning Academy (SharePoint) maintenance
Education/Training/Certifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
Salary : $60 - $62
