Business Analyst Job description : CSI Companies is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Business Analysts will research and review up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern. Yearly Total Pay : $45-55 / hr 100% Remote Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
- Certification in programs such as Agile, SQL, or Scrum
- Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis
- Maintains communication with fellow analysts and claims leadership to ensure proper assignment strategy, load-balancing, and implementation of any ongoing business process improvements
