Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)

This position is a direct-hire opportunity with an amazing team and a growing company.As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker , you will implement social work interventions for patients and manage a caseload of patients to analyze their psychosocial needs. You will also utilize various assessments and tools to complete complex cases and provide education to patients. Pay : $95,000 / yr and up DOE with $10K retention bonus
The Location : Concord, CA
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p
This is a HYBRID opportunity. Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Master's Degree in Social Work and clinical level licensure.
- Ability to use evidenced-based treatment and practices.
- Software : Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Zoom.
- Knowledge of EMR systems.
- A background check and drug screen are required for this role.
