Schedule : Monday to Friday
Compensation : $90,000 - $115,000 (Depending on experience)
The Director of Patient Access will take the lead in supervising day-to-day patient access operations while serving as a vital connection between our Shared Services Center (SSC) and the medical facility. This role offers a dynamic platform to shape and enhance patient access services for smoother patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Integrate departmental functions with hospital operations, establishing effective policies and driving continuous improvement.
Advocate for SSC, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
Oversee Patient Access operations, aligning them with standards and optimizing efficiency.
Promote exceptional customer service through AIDET guidelines and best practices.
Monitor performance metrics for adherence to benchmarks.
Stay updated on regulations, facilitate staff education, and communicate changes.
Identify cost-saving and process enhancement opportunities while prioritizing patient safety and care.
Qualifications :
5 years in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in patient access leadership.
Bachelor's degree or active enrollment in an approved Bachelor's program.
