Patient Access careers are patient facing customer service roles in a clinical setting guiding patients through registration, check in / out procedures, scheduling future appointments and insurance processing. The ideal candidate for this role will be a compassionate caregiver with prior healthcare administrative and customer service experience gained while working face-to-face in a clinical healthcare setting such as a high-volume provider office or hospital. The scope of the role encompasses aspects of billing and payment collections at time of service or in advance of care. Opportunities available are Monday - Friday, 9 : 00a - 5 : 30p OR a 5 : 00a - 1 : 30p in Weston. All positions are contract, fulltime, onsite in a healthcare facility with a contract-to-hire option. Requirements : Compassionate caregiver mindset COVID and flu vaccine or approved medical or religious exemption 1 year of healthcare administrative and customer service experience in a direct patient care facility Functional knowledge of software like Epic or e-ClinicalWorks and common Office products Prior knowledge of health insurance Agile, independent multi-tasker comfortable in a fast-paced large volume patient environment Comfortable in high volume patient care setting Why join the team?
