The Culinary Creative Group is expanding! CCG is looking for reliable and organized dishwashers to join our new Mister Oso in the Moxy Hotel in Boulder. Mister Oso, one of nine Denver Bib Gourmand's, is a gem in the Latin cuisine world!

Pay: All of our restaurants include a service charge fee on each transaction, so this range includes the base pay plus service charge.

PURPOSE

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure the kitchen and restaurant has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash all silverware, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils for the restaurant.

• Maintain and operate dishwashing machine and report any maintenance issues to management.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Take garbage and trash to dumpster area.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
