POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passion-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) with proven experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry to join our dynamic team. The AGM will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance across all areas of the restaurant, and delivering a superior customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Excellence-

• Oversee and optimise daily restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, and consistency.
• Manage inventory levels, streamline ordering processes, and minimize waste.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Team Leadership-

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to meet performance standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and manage scheduling.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that reflects company values.

Customer Engagement-

• Uphold Excellent level of customer service, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build relationships with patrons to promote loyalty and repeat business.

QSR Expansion:

• Support new store openings, ensuring adherence to operational standards and brand consistency.
• Collaborate on scaling processes and strategies across multiple locations which also boost your professional growth.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 2 year of management experience in the QSR or fast-casual restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational efficiency in fast-serving environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
