What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3 days a week in an inpatient setting with a Pediatric focus position at The Curare Group?
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Pediatric focus is needed in a large Minnesota community only one hour to Minneapolis. This hospital has a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) looking for an experienced Neonatal Advanced Practitioner to join a Level 3 NICU. You will be part of a team that includes 24 / 7 coverage and work in their 36-bed NICU with state-of-the-art private and semi-private rooms. This team includes a case manager and other support staff.
Practice details include :
- Primarily 12-hour shifts (with potential for 24 hr shifts), 8am-8pm, or 8pm-8am, day and night shifts, and every third weekend and holiday.
- Day will include - attending deliveries of all infants less than 35 weeks and other high-risk indications. Admissions including history and physical. Assessments, management of current NICU patients, ground and air transports, phone and telehealth support and more.
- Procedures required - have a full list upon request
- Ideal candidates are those who have experience with Minnesota ties but new grads or those not from the area will be considered
