- Leads process-oriented service improvement initiatives across collaborative and cross-functional groups.
- Implements technology or non-technology solutions and manages implementation projects for successful delivery, including developing test scenarios / plans and coordinating testing.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including service and process managers, to realize specific outcomes.
