What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect position at The Custom Group of Companies?
We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Architect to join the Marketing Operations team and leverage our Salesforce marketing technology stack. This role requires strong expertise in SFMC and the ability to make technical decisions to optimize usage of the platform. You will have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the delivery of personalized, data-driven marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Configuration of journeys and campaigns utilizing Journey Builder and Automation StudioOptimize email templates, dynamic content, and personalization through AMPscript and Content Builder.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns and workflows.Leverage SQL knowledge for advanced segmentationProvide technical documentation, guidelines, and training as needed.Assist with integrations between any technologies to Salesforce Marketing CloudPartner with CRM owners on to ensure data integrity, including email preferences captured within CRM, and identify data enrichment opportunities.Utilize Data Cloud to create and activate segments to pass to SFMC
Experience :
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavascriptExpert knowledge of AMPscriptDemonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Audience BuilderExperience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a mustExperience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud preferredSalesforce Certifications a plus
