Gym/Spa Services Specialist
This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Health and Wellness team at a unique full-service facility in White Plains, NY. This role is an administrative and hands-on technician/specialist role. You will be thoroughly trained in administering Cryo Sauna, Infrared Sauna, and local Cryo therapies to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and book appointments for all location services
- Greet all clients and educate/offer additional products and services
- Manage point of sale for bookings, client data accuracy and reporting as needed
- Administer infrared sauna, local and stand-up cryo therapy sessions to clients
- Thoroughly clean cryo and sauna after every session and as needed
- Assist in overall facility cleaning, organizing and maintenance including bathrooms and laundry
- Social media content creation and posting
- Special projects as needed
Must Haves:
- Enjoy working with people and providing impeccable customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to communicate clearly in a sometimes-loud environment
- Comfortable calling clients and speaking on the phone
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
- General computer skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Treating customers with the utmost professionalism in this client-facing role is crucial
- Cryo, Sauna, or Health and Wellness experience a plus
