Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and safety.
- Conduct thorough assessments of trees to identify diseases, pests, or structural issues.
- Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for high-altitude tree work.
- Implement proper tree care techniques, including fertilization and pest management.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care and garden upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including GIS mapping for tree inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and quality service delivery.
- Educate clients on best practices for tree care and landscape maintenance.
Skills
- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care and garden management.
- Strong knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming, pruning, and disease management.
- Experience with GIS technology for mapping and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe tree removal or trimming.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in all operations.
