Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with experience in operating bucket trucks and performing tree trimming tasks. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
- Operate bucket trucks safely to reach elevated branches for trimming.
- Conduct regular inspections of trees to assess their health and identify any necessary care.
- Utilize proper techniques for tree care, including shaping, thinning, and removing dead or diseased branches.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and garden upkeep as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Document work performed using GIS technology when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in tree trimming or tree care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Experience operating bucket trucks or similar equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to tree trimming and landscaping work is essential.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
