We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arborist to join our team. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for performing various tree care tasks, ensuring the safety and aesthetics of outdoor spaces while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
- Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for high-access tree care tasks.
- Assess tree health and identify any signs of disease or pest infestations.
- Provide recommendations for tree care, including fertilization, watering, and disease management.
- Perform landscape maintenance duties, including lawn care and garden upkeep.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their landscapes.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in tree care and landscape maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all arboricultural tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe tree removal or trimming is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper lawn care practices and landscape management.
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and other specialized equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in arboriculture are advantageous.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
