Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Intelligence Science and Analysis Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced geospatial analysis, integrating diverse data sources, and producing high-quality intelligence products to meet client requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects while advancing GEOINT capabilities through collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Geospatial Analysis and Intelligence Production: ◦ Perform advanced geospatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other specialized software. ◦ Develop detailed intelligence products including maps, reports, and visualizations to support operational and strategic objectives. ◦ Integrate data from various sources (e.g., imagery, terrain, SAR, LiDAR) to generate comprehensive intelligence assessments. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: ◦ Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to identify and fulfill analytical requirements. ◦ Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance decision making processes. • Data Management and Integration: ◦ Manage large geospatial datasets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. ◦ Utilize data fusion techniques to combine structured and unstructured data for improved analysis. • Innovation and Capability Development: 3 Jan 22, 2025 ◦ Develop and implement innovative methodologies to solve complex geospatial challenges. ◦ Stay informed of advancements in GEOINT technologies and contribute to their adoption within the organization. • Training and Knowledge Sharing: ◦ Provide training and mentorship to team members and clients to build GEOINT capacity. ◦ Document best practices and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Remote Sensing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in geospatial intelligence analysis or a related role. • Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, QGIS), remote sensing tools, and imagery analysis platforms. • Experience with data from multiple sources, including Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), multispectral imagery, and LiDAR. • Strong understanding of geospatial data standards, formats, and metadata. • Ability to produce clear and concise intelligence reports tailored to diverse audiences. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in multidisciplinary environments. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting military, defense, or intelligence operations. • Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in geospatial analysis. • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). • Certifications such as GISP, ASPRS, or equivalent.
