Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Restorative Aide

We currently have openings for a DAY shift Certified Nursing Assistant who can assist as both a Restorative Aide and a CNA. The successful qualified candidates will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and wonderful stay that they expect and deserve.
Other duties as a scheduler will include coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis . This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility. This position also requires some on call duties. The person who holds this position must also be a C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant) and may work the floor on rare occasions.
Experience : Two more years of administrative experience preferred. Staffing experience is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
- Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
