JOB SUMMARY:
As a Social Media/Online Reputation Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing original content in order to promote our brand to potential customers. Ultimately, you should be able to increase customer engagement and brand awareness while utilizing current marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of our company’s social media strategy
- Manage specific social media/online reputation platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trending topics, and current apps
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Creating engaging text, image, and video content to share daily
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Ability to communicate with guests in a professional manner
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Report current online reviews and feedback from customers and fans i.e. TripAdvisor, Yelp
- Must hold a degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or other related field(s)
- Must have proven work experience related to social media
- Must be grammatically proficient with a strong skill in creative writing
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, department, and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members
- Ability to read and speak English
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Apple iPhone, and editing applications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain all required work cards
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smoke
- Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position
