Job Description

As a Junior Digital Advertising Sales Representative , you will play a critical role in developing relationships with businesses and selling digital advertising, sponsorships, and sponsored content solutions. This role is ideal for those eager to prospect and create their own book of business by engaging with new clients and delivering tailored advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Prospect and Develop New Business : Build your own client list by identifying and reaching out to potential advertisers.
Cultivate Client Relationships : Educate clients on the value of advertising with The Daily Memphian and establish strong partnerships.
Create High-Impact Campaigns : Design effective campaigns and collaborate with the team to ensure client objectives are met.
Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Track Performance : Oversee client campaigns, share performance insights, and maintain accurate records using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Ideal Candidates Possess

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfort with cold calling, prospecting, and client engagement.

Positive, driven, and self-motivated attitude.

Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (prior experience is a plus but not required).

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
