Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. You will work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide exceptional service and maintain the overall efficiency of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy service times.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are properly cleaned and stored in accordance with food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies needed for service.
