Duties
- Supervise and manage dining room operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and lead the dining room staff in food service management best practices.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate menu offerings and special events.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for managing orders, reservations, and payments effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
