- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart area, ensuring carts are readily available for guest use.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns regarding cart services, demonstrating effective conflict management skills when necessary.
- Monitor cart inventory and report any maintenance or supply needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions related to guest services and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, particularly in hospitality or food service environments.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
