Primary Duties:
1. Monitors the mortgage pipeline to ensure compliant and timely disclosures & redisclosures.
2. Audits the loan file to ensure accurate and complete loan disclosures are being sent to the client.
3. Maintains a working knowledge of all regulations as it relates to the disclosure process including but not limited to TRID and HMDA.
4. Manages the redisclosure process for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
5. Work with title, escrow, settlement agents and attorneys to facilitate the closing of a residential mortgage loan.
6. Maintains a working knowledge of all loan programs and their required and allowable fees.
7. Maintains a working knowledge of compliance engine to provide solutions to cure warnings, fails, and other error message to ensure state/regulatory compliance.
8. Assist post-closing/insuring with any additional documentation or requests—both internal and external.
9. Review for completeness and accuracy all Denials or Withdrawals. Post the denial letter as needed.
10. Report any adverse issues to the Mortgage Banking Operations Manager to ensure compliance with Federal guidelines.
11. Actively participate and advocate the bank’s training and development programs and commitment to learning.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact.
13. Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of Agency and product requirements. Continuing education is required.
14. Responsible for following company policies and procedures as directed. Never employ workarounds to procedures or policies.
15. Be relentlessly resourceful in finding answers and assist in creation of trainings, manuals and job aids as needed.
16. Willing and able to assist mortgage teams with questions and training as needed.
17. Maintain strong positive communication with all departments to develop cohesive working relationships.
18. All other duties as assigned.
19. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Essential Functions:
1) Use of hands or equivalent ability to complete required tasks.

4) Relationships with external contacts are vital, position involves extensive personal contact with outside sales partners, customer service is a top priority.
5) Maintain positive relationship with sales partners (internal and Mortgage Brokers)—phone and email communication are required.

Education/Training/Experience:
2 years of recent mortgage operations experience in mortgage disclosures or its equivalent. Must be proficient with mortgage loan documentation and applicable regulatory compliance. Experience with Encompass, Mavent, and in the wholesale market is preferred.
Minimum Education Requirement: College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
