We are seeking an individual(s) to join the sales portion of our business at our Detroit Lakes, MN location.
Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect items, and contributing to the overall positive shopping experience as well as carrying out various operations tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the willingness to always work with excellence as the standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our men's and women's clothing lines to effectively assist customers with their selections.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
